A Busy Morning at the Canton Helpline Food Pantry! 💛

We were thrilled to receive a generous donation from the Rodman family at Rodman Ford Sales, Inc., who partnered with us once again through Ford’s global food drive! We are so grateful to the Rodman family for choosing Canton Helpline and helping make a difference for our neighbors who could use some additional support.

Meanwhile, our wonderful volunteers were hard at work welcoming the Spoonfuls, Inc. truck and assisting shoppers. Spoonfuls rescues healthy, fresh food that might otherwise go to waste and distributes it to organizations like ours. We are so grateful to Spoonfuls for helping us provide fresh, healthy food to our community!

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a photo of all our volunteers this morning, but each and every one makes a huge difference. We are so grateful for their time, dedication, and kindness! 💛

💛 A Great Night at Canton Helpline 💛

We had a wonderful and very productive Canton Helpline Board meeting tonight! We accomplished a lot and have plenty of exciting work ahead as we continue our commitment to helping individuals and families in our community.

We were pleased to have the following board members with us this evening:

President Diane Tynan
Vice-Chair Dr. John Tamilio
Secretary Stephanie Shapiro
Mary Buckley
Harriet Burak
Marie Ericson
Mary Jane Mangan
Steve Rotella, CPA
Bela Vargas
Patrice Wesner

We missed Charlie Doody and Maureen Harriman, Treasurer who were unable to join us.

A board meeting is always better with good food and good company! We enjoyed a delicious home-cooked chicken cacciatore dinner, followed by an incredible cheesecake made by Dr. John! It was absolutely delicious and so appreciated!

Thank you to everyone for a productive evening, great teamwork, and the wonderful spirit you bring to Canton Helpline. We are grateful for each of you and all you do for our community.💛

🇺🇸 Remembering September 11, 2001

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders, military members, and everyday heroes who came together in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
