Folks from TWi West had the incredible opportunity to tour Ambaflex!

Our tour included two buildings and a behind‑the‑scenes look at the entire process of creating spiral conveyor belts. We had the opportunity to see everything from production and welding to painting, crane operation, and so much more!

Phil is known across Shearer’s as the hardest worker in the entire warehouse. He’s out on the floor early, he’s the last one to leave, and he takes on tasks beyond our team's typical responsibilities just to keep things running smoothly. He rarely takes breaks and never complains.

Everyone who has seen him work is absolutely blown away by his focus, speed, and dedication… but to Phil, it’s just another day of doing his job well. He takes on multiple tasks at once, stays locked in, and consistently gives his absolute best.

Phil is the heart of the crew - steady, dependable, hardworking, and sets a standard that’s truly unmatched.
