This program provides financial support to eligible homeowners by offering a 10% rebate on the cost of qualifying exterior renovation projects, with a maximum annual rebate of $2,000.

Our Down Payment Assistance program, a collaboration between Community Building Partnership of Stark County, Inc. and The City of Canton, Ohio offers first-time homebuyers that fall within the low to moderate income bracket up to $7,500 for a down payment and help with closing costs.
