WOW! We’re Celebrating 25 Years! 🎉

The 25th Annual Spring Break College Tour is March 26 – April 1, 2026, and to celebrate this milestone year, we’re planning to take 250 students (grades 10-12) from the Akron, Canton, and Cleveland areas!

This transformational experience is designed for students who want and need to be exposed to college opportunities. Students will tour campuses, experience college life, and create unforgettable cultural and social memories.

📍 Travel Route: Depart from Ohio → North Carolina → Florida → Alabama → Georgia

From campus tours to fun, bonding experiences, this trip is all about inspiration, exposure, and possibility.

Camp C.H.A.M.P. participated in First Play again this year! After we passed the ball down Market Ave, we walked to the Hall of Fame for lunch and a tour! (1/3)

Last Friday, Camp C.H.A.M.P. took another field trip to the North Canton Skate Center! This time, our Campers and Youth Workers got to enjoy both sides! We are thankful for the opportunity to skate, do bumper cars, laser tag, rock wall, and play in the arcade!

This year, Simply Youth worked with the Canton Palace Theatre to bring Movie Mondays to Camp C.H.A.M.P.!

In past weeks, our campers got to experience new and classic kids movies at the historical theatre. They watched the latest Tom & Jerry movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, and The Secret Life of Pets 2. We are extremely grateful to have had this opportunity for our campers!

The Palace offers a variety of different films each week, and stands as an important place of history and community for those in Canton, Ohio. Show them support if you can!

The Bookmobile came again to Camp C.H.A.M.P.! This time they brought a tower building activity for our classes to compete in! The 4th and 5th grade class split into pairs to see whose tower would turn out to be the TALLEST! You can see the winners in the last photo.

This week, Camp C.H.A.M.P. visited the C.T. Branin Natatorium on Monday and Tuesday! Thanks to the Lifeguards and staff who made sure our Campers had a fun and safe visit!
