Last week, we worshipped with Take You At Your Word, King of Kings, and Trust in God. 🎵🎶

Tony preached out of James 2:14-26. When we say we believe in Christ, we need to have full confidence in Jesus - what He did on the cross for us is enough. James is not saying we are justified before God in our works, but our faith is genuine because of our works. What we do is the result of what we believe. Faith leads to action.

He ended with a word of caution - those who are fainthearted often overanalyze themselves and are worried that their actions will not measure up. James is not targeting the fainthearted - he is addressing the people who are very casual about their faith.

We talked about where we saw God the week of Mission Trip, and then played games. Zoey was our lucky person who lost, and was pelted with water balloons. 🎈
