On Thursday, August 13, our MBAC team traveled to Columbus for an MBAC training session with the Ohio Department of Development and to welcome new Minority Business Assistance Centers to the Ohio MBAC network!

Representing SCMBA were Elise Watkins, Director of Communications; Ken Hill, Director of Finance and Programs; Ashley Gantz, Director of Business Development and Growth; and Leonard Stevens, CEO.

During the training and kickoff event, Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik joined the Minority Business Development Division in welcoming the new MBAC Tier 1 leaders to the network.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and strengthen the statewide network of organizations working to support businesses and entrepreneurs across Ohio.
