How has Lenny been available 80 days?! 😩
Not only is this boy incredibly handsome, he is super smart and has an amazing demeanor. Lenny knows sit, down, paw, and is learning roll over! He is very treat motivated (and takes them SO gently) and willing to work. He is amazing to walk - doesn’t pull! Volunteers call him a “perfect gentleman” and a “nice, mature dog.” He really should have been named Marshmallow!
Lenny is extremely housebroken. He holds it for very long hours and doesn’t make a mess in his kennel. He seems to really only have one flaw - he can and will scale a fence to get back to a human 😆 He just loves people, being with them, loving them and playing. If someone is outside in the kennel with him, he doesn’t want to escape, he just wouldn’t be able to be left alone outside or needs a more secure method of containment. But that’s it! He’s nearly perfect.
If you are looking for a mature, certified good boy - come meet Lenny soon. As always, please bring all family members to meet him to make sure he’s the perfect fit. ❤️ He will need a kitty-free home.
Every dog comes with donated, free training sessions with local trainers: Cosmic K9 (2 sessions) and Hoperidge RTA (1 session). Adopters should research post-adoption decompression and the rule of 3s: 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine and 3 months to start to feel at home..
