Community Action Pathways HUB is a FREE program in Stark County that provides extra community support to help you have a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

The HUB's Community Health Workers assist in decision making during pregnancy. We will sit with you and talk about your family's current needs and goals, and help support you through the process. We connect you to services in the community that can help you and your baby, such as: access to food, financial management & stability, education, health and healthcare, support systems, transportation, baby items, and much more. We assist with diapers, wipes, feminine/hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and more.

Your health and the health of your baby are important. We can help!

Join us for an unforgettable day of riding, driving, fellowship, and honoring Houston’s legacy while supporting NICU families and bereaved parents through the mission of Houston’s Lift Off. ❤️

Today Houston’s youngest brother, Jovani,went on a shopping trip with us ! We were on the hunt for wall art for the NICU 👶🍼 Anytime we get something in the mail for our organization, his litttle voice says “ Oh, for Houston’s Lift Off” . It does something to my mama heart that my boys who never met their brother, have so much love for him 🙏👼🏽 We also dropped off 20 more NICU Cosmic Champion Graduadion Bags! 🎓

We are excited to announce our next Craft Night for current NICU families inside Aultman Hospital! NICU dads will be able to create a special night light for the babies room! ✨

A month from today our friends at Family Pride RC has generously put their time and efforts into hosting our 2nd Annual Poker Run! Starting point will be at Adventure Harley-Davidson . 🧡All proceeds benefit the current NICU families that have a medically fragile baby inside Aultman Hospital!

From personal experience I know how physically, emotionally, and financially challenging it is going through the NICU. I had to file bankruptcy due to having Houston premature then unfortunately needing time to grieve. I wasn’t working for 8 months. 🙏 This is why our mission is to help provide services and create joyous moments for NICU families during such a difficult time. 🚀

We are going to be making more NICU Christmas Trees to make sure every NICU baby receives one for the month of December! We are thinking about hosting a volunteer event to help us make 36 NICU Christmas Trees!

( Yes, I know it’s only May. However, May got here pretty quickly! ) We are trying to see who would be interested! We would make them in November! Lunch would provided !
