🎶 That’s a wrap on Summer Sessions in the Center! 🎶

What a way to end the season! Tonight’s concert with J Street Extension was the perfect finale to another great summer of music, friends, food, and fun in the Center. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out throughout the season and helped make these concerts so special. Every time you showed up, danced, listened, brought a friend, grabbed some food, or simply came to hang out and enjoy an evening together, the Friends of Canterbury Center are reminded just how amazing this community is.

A big, heartfelt thank you to our amazing sponsors, BG Electric and Turbo Tan, and to all of our Patron Sponsors for helping make Summer Sessions possible. Your support means so much to us!

We also want to extend a big thank you to Manny and Kayla Sanchez for keeping everyone well-fed tonight with their absolutely delicious empanadas! 😋

Hello Friends! The Friends of Canterbury Center would like to announce our support and collaboration with the Canterbury Garden Club in creating "Wild & Styled": A Tricentennial Project that will transform the Canterbury Municipal Complex into a welcoming showcase of native plants and pollinator habitat.

Bees, butterflies, moths, fireflies, and other insects are essential to healthy ecosystems--pollinating plants support bird and wildlife and help sustain the natural world around us. Your gift at any Insect Level will help us plant a diverse, seasonal garden that provides food and shelter for pollinators while adding beauty and community pride to the Municipal Complex.

We hope you will join us in support of the Canterbury Garden Club, to grow a healthier, more vibrant Municipal Complex—one pollinator at a time, supporting bee-friendly plantings, native flowers, and welcoming shared spaces where neighbors can gather.

Donations may be made online at https://tinyurl.com/wild-and-styled-300 or if you prefer, checks may be mailed to PO Box 142, Canterbury, NH 03224, att: Wild & Styled.

Wow! Even though we had to head inside the town hall because of the 🌧️ we had a great turn out for North River Music! In spite of the weather, just shy of 80 neighbors all came out to spend some time listening to some great music, and enjoying some absolutely delicious street corn courtesy of Manny and Kayla Sanchez.

And an enormous thank you to our returning Business Sponsors, BG Electric and Turbo Tan, as well as our Patron Sponsors for their support in continuing to make nights like this possible.

If the weather kept you home tonight, don’t worry, we’ve got one more concert this summer for you on September 3rd. We hope you can make it and until then we’ll
