We are so grateful to have received a generous donation of 316 Christmas cards today!
These thoughtful gifts will help us continue our annual tradition of spreading joy to residents in three local nursing homes.
Your kindness and support truly make a difference- thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

💛 After the heartbreaking loss of a core member of our Peaceful Soles community, we took time to pause, grieve together, and support one another through this season of healing.

✨ Now, we’re coming together to reflect, regroup, and plan what Peaceful Soles will focus on this year.

👀 Stay tuned for updates—we’re excited to share what’s ahead with our community!

This is our 3rd year writing out Christmas cards for the residents for two local nursing homes, the Villa Maria in Plainfield and The Douglas Manor in Windham.
Our cards were donated, we also use stickers inside and outside on the envelopes for extra razzle dazzle of enjoyment by the recipient. A few volunteers sat down drank hot cocoa, listened to Christmas music and wrote out all the cards.
I delivered them today to both places along with a card for the staff members to show appreciation for the care they provide year round.
The deliveries brought smiles to the staff and to the residents, and even put a smile on my face today.
Merry Christmas!!

We made a local delivery to United Services yesterday. My car was packed!
Donations of Toiletries, 3 large bags of womans clothes ( not pictured here) , men's shoes and women's shoes all of which were cleaned and sanitized.
Lastly the can openers I think brought the biggest smiles yesterday. 😊
When people are given canned goods they will have a way to open up the food.
All of this is made possible by the donations we receive from all of you so we can do our part and help give back to the community.
