Because of your incredible generosity, we were able to give the Fremont County Humane Society $10,000. 🐾

It is in times of extreme disaster that we truly see the heart and character of a community. ❤️

During the Aspen Fire, hundreds of people stepped up, came together, created plans, and did the very best they could in an unfamiliar and incredibly challenging situation. And that care didn’t stop with the residents of our community—it extended to their furry family members, too. 🐾

When the fire forced the cancellation of an annual event, some truly amazing people chose to reinvent it. Instead of letting the circumstances stop them, they turned it into a benefit supporting the Humane Society of Fremont County and Fremont County Extension & 4-H

Their goal was simple but incredibly meaningful: to recognize the hard work and dedication of both organizations as we worked to care for the animals affected by the Aspen Fire throughout Fremont & Custer Counties.

Today, we are incredibly grateful to announce that the Fremont Community Foundation & The World Famous White Water Bar & Grilll raised $10,000 for the Humane Society of Fremont County! ❤️🐾

We cannot thank you enough for believing in our mission, supporting the animals, and showing what it truly means to be part of a community.

The Fremont Community Foundation and The World Famous White Water Bar & Grill are seeking donations for the Aspen Acres Fire Benefit silent and live auctions.

Proceeds will support the Humane Society of Fremont County and the local 4-H chapter in caring for animals and livestock displaced by the fire.

Gift cards, merchandise, services, experiences, artwork, lodging packages, collectibles, and other unique donations are welcome.

Live-auction items should be valued at $750 or more.
