Arkansas Valley Dressage Association

Arkansas Valley Dressage Association Classical, Western, Eventing and Gaited Dressage club in Southeast Colorado. Founded in 2007 AVDA is a very diverse dressage club ranging in ages from 15 to 90.

AVDA was founded in 2007 to serve those interested in the sport of dressage and/or for gaining knowledge in the training of other disciplines. We are dedicated to the principles of dressage that come from centuries of knowledge, all the way up to present day revelations. Our horses are just as diverse consisting of Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, Arabians, Fresians, Warmbloods, Gaited breeds, Pai

nts, Haflingers and more. Our current members practice other discipline, cowboy dressage, reining, jumping, team penning, trail trials, long lining, and Parelli methods. AVDA is a chapter of the Rocky Mountain Dressage Society (RMDS). As an AVDA member you will automatically become a participating member of USDF, receive the USDF's monthly magazine called "Connection" and the RMDS publication "The Centaur".
