We are searching for our next 🎨Artist of the Year to create the official posters for the 63rd Cannon Beach Sandcastle Contest and the 40th Stormy Weather Arts Festival! Think you have what it takes? Apply by October 1st!

To apply:
🖌️ Submit samples of completed work that showcase your artistic style
🖌️ Submit potential poster concepts for the events (must include Haystack Rock)
🖌️ A letter of interest

We're looking for artwork that celebrates these iconic annual events and translates beautifully into print.

If chosen, the artist will recieve 💲1,000+ in compensation.

🌟The Cannon Beach Independence Day Parade is right around the corner!

Parade staging for the Cannon Beach Independence Parade will start at 9am on July 4th on East Gower, Harrison, Van Buren, Jackson, and Monroe Streets. 🚗The road will remain open to residential traffic during staging. Please use caution in the area and expect increased pedestrian and vehicle activity.

📝Haven’t registered yet? Register by July 2nd to be a part of this Cannon Beach Tradition. Kids, bikes, old cars, decorated entries, and walking groups are welcome to enter, with a special invitation to all veterans. No political entries.
