Great campout this weekend! This was the first campout with the troop for 4 scouts and one AOL visitor. Our youth leadership helped the new scouts earn totin chit and firem’n chit as well as complete a few requirements. The weather was a challenge and we could not swim at the beach. The impromptu ice cream stop made up for it. Also these girls cooked some gourmet ramen for dinner! They said it was the best they ever had!

Monday night the camp had a fun event called Appalachian Celebrachain. It is an evening with lots of fun activities from the two man saw, tie dying, games and snacks. We even had a few scouts get to walk in the Eagle. Best one yet, it was so much fun
