And Sgt Chad DeBarr of the Canfield Police Dept were recognized last evening for their exemplary service, integrity, and unwavering devotion to duty by the post on behalf of the residents of Mahoning County

The post collected blankets for homeless vets during this cold weather season.

Yesterday afternoon we celebrated all Veterans with a ceremony at Veterans Plaza. On top of that we read all the new names that will be added to a new stone to be placed soon.

Afterwards the Women's Auxilary provided very much needed hot coffee to warm us up along with some sweet treats - Thank you ladies for always supporting the Canfiled Post #177
