🚭 Today is ***coDay 🚭

To***co and ni****ne companies design products to keep people addicted. Flavors, sugars, and cooling agents can make ni****ne easier to inhale — and harder to quit.

The good news? Recovery starts quickly when you stop using to***co and ni****ne:

⏱️ In 20 minutes, your heart rate begins to drop
🫁 Within 2–12 weeks, lung function improves
❤️ After 1 year, the risk of heart disease is cut in half

Quitting isn’t easy, but support is available and every step forward matters. Take the next step toward a healthier future with this Quit Toolkit:

We are so grateful for the incredible support that helped our Bullpup students start their school year strong! 🎒💙

Thanks to the Youth Activities Fund of Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas and our community supply drives, more than 50 backpacks and essential school supplies were placed directly into the hands of children, much to their delight! 🙌✨ The Caney Methodist Church partnered with us to fill the gap for families who missed our backpack deadline, ensuring no child was left out.

This spring, with guidance from Lincoln Elementary administration, we focused on the most critical needs—especially headphones, which are essential for today’s technology‑based learning. Bulk purchasing helped stretch available dollars even further, easing the heavy back‑to‑school expenses so many families face. 🎧📚

Pictured is Principal Cameron Traxson, who shared:
“We are grateful for the backpack supply drive and headphone donations provided through the food pantry. These school supplies ease the burden for Bullpup families who face so many different expenses at the start of the school year.”

Through CFSEK’s generosity, our community’s kindness, and God’s provision, our children began the year equipped, supported, and reminded that they are deeply cared for. ❤️🐾

The Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas hosts individual charitable funds created by donors who have a passion for giving back to their community.
