The Canelo Project Dedicated to Connecting People, Culture and Nature Its ongoing annual activities revolve around workshops, tours, intern programs and writing.

The home of The Canelo Project is a center for learning, research, demonstration and cross-cultural gatherings. Workshops away from home include elsewhere in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Museum art projects are also part of its activities.
