Canby Auto Park was a popular roadside destination located just across the two-lane Molalla River Bridge on Highway 99E, south of Canby, Oregon. Operating from the 1930s into the 1950s, the park featured a hotel, rental cottages, and other traveler accommodations that served motorists along the Pacific Highway. Over time, repeated flooding from the Molalla River and a destructive fire led to the loss of most of the buildings. None of the original structures remain today. The property is now occupied by a recreational vehicle park. The development reflected the growth of automobile tourism after Highway 99E became the principal route through the area in the 1920s.
