Canby Junior Basketball We are a non-profit, community-based program that is designed to provide basketball opportunities for children who live in the Canby School District.

Canby Junior Basketball is a non-profit organization governed by a board of elected members. Each board member serves for a one-year term, and is responsible for all facets of the program. In addition Canby High School's varsity coaches act as non-voting advisors. Canby Junior Basketball could not exist without these volunteers and many other individuals who participate in our program. Hundreds of

boys and girls participate each year. You can well understand how vital the help of our volunteers is to the continued success of our organization. We will continue to improve and thrive only if players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and board members work together and look to the future as a group that is concerned not only with Canby Basketball, but with our community as a whole.

What a special night for our third grade girls with Canby Junior Basketball! 💙🏀

These young athletes had the incredible opportunity to be part of the high school game experience with Canby High School — standing on the court during the starting lineup and taking the floor for a halftime scrimmage just for fun!

Being out on the court under the lights and playing in front of a packed crowd is something they will never forget. Moments like this are bigger than basketball — they build confidence, inspire dreams, and connect generations of players within our community.

This is what team building is all about. Younger athletes looking up to the high school girls, high school players encouraging the future of the program, and families filling the stands in support. 💫

We are so proud of these girls for representing our program with excitement, sportsmanship, and heart. The future of Canby basketball is bright! 💙🏀
