🐾 Please welcome Rita and the Beatles to K9 Rescue and Rehab!

My amazing husband flew to Oklahoma City and drove 24 hours straight back with this beautiful mama and her babies. We're so honored to have saved them, and we can't wait to watch their joy spread out into the world.

For now, they'll rest, recover and grow here, surrounded by love. 💛

They'll be ready for their forever homes in about 4–5 weeks, but we're accepting applications now! All will be up to date on shots and dewormed before going home.

📍 Location: Canastota, NY
💵 Adoption fee: $300 per puppy | $200 for Mama Rita

Apply today to give one of these sweethearts a home! ❤️

Daphne is thriving in foster and is ready for her forever home! 🐾

She loves playing with her two foster brothers, then crashing on the couch for a well-earned nap. If you have a dog at home who needs a playmate to burn off some energy, Daphne is your girl!

She's up to date on shots, spayed, and great with dogs, kids, and adults (not yet tested with cats). At a petite 30–40 lbs, she's truly one of the easiest dogs you could welcome into your home.

Interested in meeting Daphne? Send me a DM!

Are any of our followers near Memphis? Or know someone near Memphis who might be able to help us with a pup?

Please DM me if so!

One thing we've learned quickly in this work is that owner surrenders are hard on dogs. When a dog is removed from its home and placed in a shelter environment, it often becomes anxious, upset, and scared — leading to behaviors it didn't previously display, such as crying, chewing, fence aggression, or dog aggression.

For this reason, our first priority when someone reaches out is to try to keep the dog in the home, even as we begin the search for a new placement.

A wonderful person I spoke with has agreed to foster her dog while we look for a home with no cats, given her baby. Details and pictures are below/attached.

Breed: Rottweiler
S*x: Male
Spayed/Neutered: Yes
Age: Estimated 1–2 years old
Up to date on shots: Yes
Good with kids: Yes
Good with adults: Yes, though he can be a bit hesitant around tall men — he does fine once allowed to sniff them or given a treat
Good with dogs and cats: Yes, when not resource guarding. He's been around both male and female dogs, as well as small and large breeds, without issue.
Location: Lyncourt (Syracuse)

Well, I think it's safe to say that Aemma is home! Thank you Erin Allen and Austin Batchelor for adopting her and giving her the best home ever! You can just tell she was waiting for just the right family to cuddle and love. But boy to Rich and I miss her, she is a special lady! Happy Tails Aemma!

We are so excited to announce that Rhanerya went home to her perfect family! Our heart is full and we know she is so loved (but we also miss her so!). Thank you Laura Ann for adopting her and giving her the best life!

🚨🚨🚨 Anyone in the local area able to foster sweet Aemma? 🚨🚨🚨

Her baby went home today. She is a great girl and right now she is our only pup as we are doing our landscaping project and do not have fencing until we have all the dirt/grass done.

We hate leaving her alone in the kennel.

She is good with kids/adults and most dogs. No Cats.

-UTD on shots and spayed
-Good with other dogs with proper intro
-No Cats
-Great with adults and kids, she is the sweetest girl
-Basic training, potty/crate and leash trained

DM if interested in fostering!

It's time for Aemma to shine on her own! Rhanerya has been adopted, and now it's Aemma's turn to find her forever home.

Aemma is a sweet 2-3 year old pit bull who is wonderful with both adults and kids (supervised, of course, since she's a big girl!). She gets along well with other dogs as long as they're good-natured, so proper introductions are a must. She is not a fit for homes with cats.

Everyone who meets Aemma falls in love with her — honestly, if we didn't already have two pits and a mastiff, we'd be keeping her ourselves. We just can't keep them all!

🐾 Breed: Pit bull (pittie)
🐾 Age: 2-3 years old
🐾 Good with adults: Yes
🐾 Good with kids: Yes (supervised)
🐾 Good with other dogs: Yes (with proper introductions)
🐾 Good with cats: No
🐾 Size: 55 lbs
🐾 Temperament: Sweetheart, well-loved by everyone she meets

Rhanerya is here wondering why nobody has put an application in for her. She is the perfect pup!

She is about 11 pounds and UTD on all shots. 10 weeks old. Smart as a whip and mostly potty trained! Good with other dogs (big and small) and kids/adults. She will be fine with cats as well as she is young enough to adapt.

She is a pit mix. Mom is pictured but we anticipate her being smaller as the other mix looks to be pointer or lab.

Don't let this little lady pass you by. If you are in the market for a puppy, submit an application today: https://forms.gle/rvAuhg6447SuPNiu7
