We have the following items we're willing to loan out or give away to someone in need!
-1 bariatric wheelchair (extra wide seat, 500lb weight limit)
-1 standard wheelchair (no foot pedals)
-5 rollator walkers (with seat)
-2 standard walkers w/ back wheels
-1 standard walker no wheels
-2 side-step walkers (one-sided moves like a cane but sturdy like a walker)
-Various sized pull up & tabbed disposable briefs!

Please call the house at (585) 393-1311 to check in about supplies or make an appointment to come pick something up. FCFS.

This July we celebrated 10 years since Light Hill accepted our very first resident. We are beyond grateful to have 26 volunteers who have been a part of our home for 10 years--and some even longer as they helped with renovations! Our family of staff and volunteers is essential to our mission and we want to take a moment to thank and honor them on this special occasion. We're looking forward to the next 10 years of providing loving care to our community members at end of life.
