Photo dump from Saturday - what a fantastic day, and so bittersweet! After six years of robotics competition, this was our final year in FIRST and the emotions are strong 💔. We've missed our Illinois teammates since the move, and we've gotten to know a new group of awesome kids and coaches here in Ohio FIRST Tech Challenge who wholeheartedly supported our little team all year. We cannot say enough about what an amazing, worthwhile program this is - it's been our favorite!

As you may have guessed, we didn't make it back to Worlds - only 2 teams did out of 37, one on the robot side and one for the Inspire Award. Congratulations Oxymorons and Juniper Robotics and good luck in Houston!

Our day started with a big win, but then the following matches all involved mechanical issues for our alliance partner and once on our robot. We finished off the day winning again, and beating one of the strongest teams in the state and one of our mentors, 8 to Automate. It was a big day of ups and downs, but it was a victory just to make it to the state championships and be a part of it.

We truly appreciate all the volunteers who make this happen year after year, and thanks to you all for following our season!
