The Canadian River Beach Club was originated by a group of friends that grew up together in Canadian, Texas. One night over drinks during their 30th class reunion, this group of guys from the CHS Class of 1978 formed the Canadian River Beach Club, and the idea for the Calf Fry Cook-Off was born. The CRBC hosts the Calf Fry and BBQ Cook Off and Beach Party as a way to bring people into their community, and to raise funds for local charities.
