SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT UPDATE

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we are disappointed to announce that the Canaan Firefighters Association fall softball tournament has to be canceled. We appreciate all the teams that joined us for the spring tournament and look forward to holding another tournament next year. Thank you for everyone's support.

Join us on Friday, July 31st at 5 pm for the annual Canaan Firefighters Association auction at the Canaan Fire Station - 62 NH Route 118. Concessions available. We have some great items to auction off this year.

Hazardous Heat Alert- Cooling Shelter Available (7/1-7/3)
To help residents stay safe, a Cooling Shelter will be open at the Emergency Operation Center (EOC), 52 NH RT 118, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM this, Wednesday July 1st, through Friday July 3rd.

If you need assistance or transportation information, please call 603-523-4850, or 603-523-4501 x1060

Stay safe, stay hydrated, limit outdoor activities during peak heat, and check on neighbors, and ensure pets have access to fresh water and a cool place to stay. Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle.
