Thanks to the motivated and talented CES students (and staff!) who came out to the library last Thursday to help get our herb and vegetable gardens started for the year. Don't forget that the "fruits" of their labor will be free for the picking later this Summer :)

Please remember to thank our local public servants this week, both paid/professional as well as those who serve our community in a volunteer capacity. They keep our community safe, clean, drivable, and a place we all want to live. If you don’t agree please at least have the civic decency to be kinder this week. Thanks in advance!

Thanks to the almost 50 people who attended our first-ever "community read" last Saturday! We had a great time listening to our readers (of every age and occupation) share "The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere." Stand by for more like this in the coming months :)

Please remember to celebrate and thank our wonderful Canaan Town Library team next week (or any day for that matter!). And if you have school-age children, please have them send a special thanks to their school librarian. These people are an integral part of strong communities!
