The Camptonville Community Partnership (CCP) is a small, rural, community-based non-profit organization in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Yuba County. Located at the Camptonville Resource Center on the campus of the Camptonville Elementary School, we have conducted programs since 1995 that promote the health and well-being of our children, families, and community. Our work has been supported throu

gh community partnerships and funded by individual donations and grants from Sierra Health Foundation, The California Endowment, Healthy Eating Active Living Collaborative, the James Irvine Foundation, First 5s of Yuba and Sierra, Yuba County CalWORKs and more. We are entering a new phase of expanded scope and responsibilities, taking our place as a member of the global community, working together toward a healthy and sustainable planet, while starting in the place we call home.
