Please, help us grow community! Become a supporter of the Camptonville Community Center, or renew your support. By June 1, the Center’s board and volunteers need to raise at least $5,000 through the donations of community members. Your tax-deductible donation can be made at the June 1 Gala, or online at bit.ly/supportcommunitycenter.

Each person donating receives a raffle ticket, and we’ll draw prizes at our Gala event, Sunday June 1. Prizes include:

In anticipation of the PIES that will be available (as a separate purchase) at the Autumn Affair benefit fundraiser, Sat. November 9 3 pm, we're talking:
* MINCEMEAT pie - the fruit version or the fruit & meat version? We're not sure, there could be both!
* PEACH pie - what captures the flavor of summer better than fresh or fresh-frozen peach pie?
* BLACKBERRY pie - be forewarned, there is at least one Camptonvillian who believes that our local blackberries have a chocolate-y taste and will be hovering over this one waiting for the first cut
* PUMPKIN pie - the harvest favorite is back!
Come tomorrow, help the Community Center out, and feast, Camptonville!!

What delicious things will be on offer on Saturday November 9 at the Autumn Affair? Let's start with SOUPS; we're told that these tempting culinary treats will most probably be on offer:
* Peach Riesling soup - perhaps involving Riesling wine, cloves, cinnamon stick, peaches, lemon, orange and heavy cream
* Mulligatawny soup - combining flavors of chicken, curry, apple, and cream
* Pumpkin Gruyère soup - can't wait to taste the flavor of pumpkin with nutty, creamy, and slightly sweet Gruyère cheese!
* Pork and prune stew - the sweetness of the prunes are going to be awesome with the pork
