🍕 The Tradition Continues: Costco Pizza & Leadership! 🍕

Today—Monday, July 20th—the Kiwanis Club of Campbell kept a legendary, 20+ year tradition alive! We headed over to Redwood City for the annual Key Club Training Conference (KCTC) to fuel the world's largest youth leadership program the best way we know how: with mountains of classic Costco pizza, just like we have forever!

For over two decades, our club has made it a mission to ensure these incredible high school students don't have to change the world on an empty stomach.

We asked our Kiwanis crew how they felt after slicing, serving, and keeping the pizza tradition going today, and this is what we got:
* ❤️ "Tired arms from carrying all those giant boxes, but incredibly full hearts. Seeing the passion these students bring to KCTC every single year makes it all worth it!"

* ✨ "It’s a privilege to support these kids. They are the future. If all they need from us to succeed is a steady supply of pizza and some loud cheering, we'll be here for another 20 years."

* 🍕 "We’ve officially perfected the art of the high-speed pizza line!

We will never get tired of the smiles, the energy, and the 'thank yous' from these amazing student leaders."

A massive thank you to all the Kiwanis members who helped coordinate, transport, and serve lunch today, and a huge shoutout to the phenomenal Key Clubbers for inspiring us year after year.

🚨 Call to Action: Let’s Build Something Great for a Great Cause! 🛠️☕
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a few awesome volunteers to help assemble one IKEA coffee bar and three cabinets for an incredible local organization: The Grateful Garment Project.

The scheduling is completely flexible—we can go anytime that works for us. If you have a couple of hours to spare, a knack for Allen wrenches (or just a willingness to help), please private message me directly!

Who is The Grateful Garment Project?
When a victim of sexual assault goes to the hospital or a crisis center, their clothing is often collected as vital forensic evidence. Far too often, these survivors are left with nothing to wear home but paper scrubs or hospital gowns—compounding an already traumatized and undignified experience.

The Grateful Garment Project steps in to fix this. Their mission is to ensure that every victim of sexual assault is provided with a comprehensive clothing care package (including new clothing, undergarments, and toiletries) so they can leave the hospital with dignity, warmth, and respect.

Why We Want to Support Them
This cause is incredibly close to our hearts because it directly restores dignity to individuals at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. By setting up this coffee bar and cabinetry, we are helping build a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for the staff and the survivors they serve. A little bit of our time and effort translates directly into comfort for someone else.

🏅 More Than Just a Game: The Heart of Kiwanis 💙💛
Tomorrow morning, the Kiwanis Special Games returns to Independence High School, continuing a beautiful 47-year tradition of inclusion and joy.
But these aren’t just any games.
While many of these incredible athletes have been told elsewhere that they are "too disabled" to compete, Kiwanis believes that everyone deserves their Olympic moment. 🏆
One of the most moving parts of the day is the Parade of Athletes. Unlike other events where groups walk by in a blur, here, every single athlete is recognized by name. 🎤✨ Hearing their name called as they enter the stadium is a moment of pure pride and belonging—a reminder that they are seen, valued, and celebrated.
Why do we serve? For the Kiwanis Club of Campbell, the "reward" isn't a trophy. It’s the sheer, unbridled joy on the faces of these athletes. It’s the high-fives and the realization that through service, we can change a life just by showing up. 🌍❤️
Watching that joy is the AMAZING REWARD we receive for our service. It’s why we are Kiwanians.

Get ready, Campbell! 🐰 The hunt of the year is almost here, and it’s going to be EGG-straordinary!

The Kiwanis Club of Campbell is thrilled to invite you and your family to the 46th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza. We’re turning the soccer field into a egg-filled wonderland, and you won’t want to miss a single second of the magic.

🥚 Event Highlights
30,000 Easter Eggs: Yes, you read that right!

The Big Moment: The hunt kicks off at 10:30 AM sharp when you hear the song "Who Let the Dogs Out?" 🎶

Family Fun: 7 Jump Houses, Petting Zoo with real bunnies, craft fair, coffee and donuts/bagels and 50 face painters!

Meet the Legend: Snap a photo with the Easter Bunny himself. 📸

Live Entertainment: Baton & Dance demonstrations and beats by DJ Stevie Pop.

Treats: Enjoy coffee, donuts, and bagels while the kids play.

Hop on down to the Campbell Community Center on April 19th at 9am for the BIGGEST Easter Egg Hunt in the Bay Area! 🐰🥚

The Kiwanis Club of Campbell is thrilled to continue this 47-year tradition with 32,000 eggs! Get ready for a morning filled with:

Face painting (bunny whiskers, anyone?!)
Easter tunes from DJ Hippity Hop (aka the Voice of Campbell!)
Delicious food
Fun crafts
SEVEN jump houses!

And so much more egg-citement than you can imagine!

As a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of children and our community, we're proud to partner with Sunny Bunny Easter Eggs, another non-profit that empowers men and women with special abilities.
