One of the most important, if not the most important, job Hebrews have during the current second Exodus is the work of harvest.
Matthew 9
36And having seen the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, as sheep having no shepherd.

37Then He said to His taught ones, “The harvest truly is great, but the workers are few.

38“Pray then that the Master of the harvest would send out workers to His harvest.”

Numbers 11
14“I am unable to bear all these people alone, because the burden is too heavy for me.

15“And if You are doing this to me, please slay me altogether, if I have found favour in Your eyes, and let me not see my evil!”

16Then יהוה said to Mosheh, “Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Yisra’ĕl, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them. And bring them to the Tent of Meeting, and let them stand there with you.

17“And I shall come down and speak with you there, and shall take of the Spirit that is on you, and put on them. And they shall bear the burden of the people with you, so that you do not bear it yourself alone.

Leviticus 23

1And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,

2“Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, and say to them, ‘The appointed times of יהוה, which you are to proclaim as set-apart gatherings, My appointed times, are these:

3‘Six days work is done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, a set-apart gathering. You do no work, it is a Sabbath to יהוה in all your dwellings.

4‘These are the appointed times of יהוה, set-apart gatherings which you are to proclaim at their appointed times.

21“Do not tread down a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Mitsrayim.
22“Do not afflict any widow or fatherless child.
23“If you do afflict them at all – if they cry out to Me at all, I shall certainly hear their cry,
24and My wrath shall burn and I shall slay you with the sword, your wives shall be widows and your children fatherless.
