Were living in this life where hate has become normal. The news only portrays negative. The social media only portrays negative. The negative that is portrayed comes from us. We have yet to discover that we are all humans. We have yet to discover that we are all one race, the human race. It seems like loving one another is to much to ask. It seems as if respecting one another is to much to ask. We walk in the streets, we drive in our car, we ride on our bikes, and we see things. We see judgement towards a person. We see hatred towards a person. We avoid someone because of their looks. We avoid someone because of their smell. What we have to come to realize is that we were all put here by one person and we are all equal. What we have to come to realize is that judging makes no positive difference. If you feel entitled to put someone down, put them down on your prayer list. Pray for them rather than judge them. Pray for them rather than avoid them. Give them a compliment rather than put them down. Dr.King once said The "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." -MLK. In these times especially we are beginning to see how certain people react to certain issues. We are beginning to see how certain people treat certain people. When hate is thrown at you, don't catch it, don't let it hit you, just let it fly right on past you. Instead pick up a ball of love, and throw it back. What I am saying is when you are put down, just give a compliment back. If you return put down for put down you are not solving any issue, you are just infact creating a bigger one. If you have ever hooked up a battery you know that the positive cable goes to the positive terminal and the negative cable goes to the negative terminal. Well how does that relate to life? What am I saying? We as humans are the battery cables. If we constantly bump heads with each other we will create a spark and burn up the whole idea. However, if we work together without messing with one another, we will put out energy, resolving the problem. If we continue living this life hurting each other over opinions we will never come to the realization that we are not solving any problems. Problems of hatred, problems of racism, problems of judgment. We must learn to respect each others opinions, we must learn to respect eachothers beliefs, we must learn to live this life to the fullest while living in peace. We must strive to bring those positive stories back to the news. We must strive to bring those positive stories back to social media. We must bring back and create the life where it is love that is normal and hatred not so normal. Where humans are humans and only humans. Where love exists and hate doesn't.

Hello everyone. As we prepare for Monday's celebration I will be adding any updates on this page. Although we are expecting a small turn out this year we still plan to have a service project following the celebration. Afterwards we will be doing a donation car wash to help a local family in need. If you have any brushes, towels, or rags, that you would be willing to bring, please do. The event will immediately follow the celebration and go until we feel like it was a success. Please help if you can and I hope to see all of you at the Town Gazebo on Monday at 11am.
