The task force is comprised of 100 residents of Camp Hill concerned about safety and congestion on the most heavily-travelled roadway in our borough: Cumberland Blvd (a.k.a. Task Force (CBITF) is a group of Camp Hill Borough Residents committed to improving children’s safety on the heavily travelled Cumberland Blvd./32nd Street (Camp Hill ByPass). By implementing Traffic Calming elements to reduce

speed, we hope to create safer mobility for children, as well as all residents in Camp Hill Borough.
