If you write a check, please mark "World Communion Sunday" in the memo.

- 2nd Sunday lunch following our 10am service. Please join in for delicious food and hearty fellowship. Sign up on the board outside of the Fireside Room to help us make preparations for everyone.

- CROP Walk, Ending Hunger One Step at A Time. Our youth will be collecting donations for this event to help end hunger in our community and the world after worship Sept. 27. They will join other groups from Syracuse on a walk at Onondaga Lake Park after worship on Oct. 4.

Our Annual Fall Craft Show will be Friday, Oct. 16 from 4-8pm and Saturday, Oct. 17 from 9am-3pm. This is a great opportunity to get an early start on one of a kind holiday gifts as well as to invite your friends and family to come visit our church.

"O give thanks to the Lord." Psalm 105:1a

We gather on Sunday, Sept. 20 for worship at 8:30 in our Fireside Room and at 10am in our Sanctuary and Facebook live. Join us as we give praise and share fellowship. After our 10am service, the worship service will be available on our YouTube channel.

Tomorrow is our annual Sleep in Heavenly Peace bed build. There will be 2 sessions 9:00-10:30 and 11:00-12:30. We will be served food at the end of both sessions by Chef Sam. The children will also be making "No Sew" blankets with Lorlie Wood. There will be jobs for everyone and even a few jobs for people who need to sit. If you aren't able to work the entire time or you just want to come and provide support that's ok as we will have tents and chairs set up. You can also provide support by purchasing twin size sheets or comforter or pillows or make a monetary donation. See Shelley Dawson Smith for more information. You can register online on our website www.churchofthebells.org.

9.11.26 "Chimings" from Church of the Bells
As many of us pause to remember the events of 9.11, let us turn to God and also remember:

"God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change,
though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam,
though the mountains tremble with its tumult."
Psalm 46:1-3

This Sunday, September 13 we return to TWO worship services. We will gather in the Fireside Room at 8:30 and then at 10am we will gather in the Sanctuary and Facebook live. The 10am service will be uploaded to our YouTube channel after worship is finished. Join us for a time of praise and fellowship.

Our Kidz Club program will begin again this Sunday, September 13 at 10am. Our young people will be sharing some of their VBS experience during worship, so bring a friend and join in!

2nd Sunday lunch will start back up on Sunday, October 4. (we know that is not the second Sunday, but schedules suggested that October 4 would work better). Please sign up on the board outside of the Fireside Room so we have enough food for everyone!

Mark your calendars for our Annual Fall Craft Show October 16 from 4-8pm and October 17 from 9am-3pm. Stay tuned for ways to help and think of ways you can invite others to join us!
