Great morning of cross country for TATC!

This crew came ready to race today, and we walked away with wins, strong finishes, and a lot to be proud of.

Raelyn raced up into the 11–12 division and WON the 3K in 12:38.1!
Russell won the 13–14 4K in 14:48.7
Zairalys finished 2nd in the 11–12 3K in 13:30.6
William took 3rd in the 11–12 3K in 13:56.7
Clara ran her very first cross country meet and finished 5th in the 9–10 3K!
And our youngest racer, Zenaira, took 4th in the 8U 2K!

This crew gave us plenty to be proud of this morning. Another good day of racing for Total Athlete. 💚

A little college exposure for our Total Athletes! 🎓

Total Athlete Track Club took a field trip to Wingate University! Our athletes got a full campus tour, learned more about the school and college life, and had the opportunity to sit down with Coach Pol Domenech, Wingate’s Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach.

We were supposed to watch practice and meet some of the Wingate athletes too, but a storm rolled through and changed those plans. ⛈️

Still, it was a great day of exposure, learning, and letting our athletes see what could be possible in their future.

And according to the kids, the highlight of the trip? Eating at the dining hall. 😂

Thank you, Coach Pol and Wingate University, for welcoming our Total Athletes! We’ll be back for that practice!

Just another day of athletes showing up, putting in the work, and getting better.

Nothing flashy. Just consistency, effort, and reps.

That’s the standard at Total Athlete.

Tonight was special. 💚

Getting to gather with so many of our Total Athlete Track Club families inside the new Total Athlete Training Center meant so much to us.

In just a year and a half, this club has grown into a community of athletes and families who have trusted the vision, supported the journey, and helped shape what Total Athlete is becoming.

We are so thankful for everyone who was able to join us tonight, and we definitely missed the many TATC families who could not be there. You are just as much a part of this story.

This photo is only part of the club, but it represents something much bigger: the people behind the progress.

To our Total Athlete Track Club family, thank you for believing, supporting, and growing with us. We are just getting started. 💚 Total Athlete Training Center

Welcome home, TATC. 💚

We’ve built a team.

We’ve built a culture.

We’ve watched athletes grow into Junior Olympians, All-Americans, State and National Champions, and collegiate athletes.

But we’ve never had a place of our own.

Until today. 🔑

Today, we got the keys to the Total Athlete Training Center, the new home of Total Athlete Track Club.

Right now, it’s an empty room.

But by this time next month, the flooring will be down. The equipment will be in. And this empty space will start looking a whole lot more like the vision we’ve been carrying.

A place for our athletes to train, grow, compete, and become everything God has called them to be.

A place built on the same mission that started this club and the belief that developing the total athlete goes far beyond what happens on the track.

There’s a lot of work to do between this photo and opening day.

But today, for the first time, we get to say it:

We’re home. 💚

Turns out being a Total Athlete is kinda chic. ✨

The work. The PRs. The early mornings. The long meet days. The road trips. The big stages. The medals. The teammates who become family.

Wouldn’t trade it. 💚

So proud of this crew.

A little adversity couldn’t stop Gavin, Kimari, Noah, and Cameron.

Despite an obstruction at the start of the second leg, they rallied to finish 2nd in their heat and ran a new team PR. That’s the kind of toughness you can’t teach.

Way to represent TATC on the national stage. 🇺🇸🏁

Check out our 17–18 boys’ post-race interview with Youth Runner Magazine after their 3rd-place finish at Junior Olympic Nationals! Proud is an understatement.
