Reno and everyone here at Twilight's would like to say thank you! For being here and supporting us and our beautiful 36 horses and donkeys.
We appreciate you all so much! For donating, kind words, sharing our posts, we would not be here if it was not for our amazing community.
We will always be present for our horses, they are such amazing beautiful souls with so much love in their hearts, no matter what abuse they endured in their past homes they still love and forgive.

Hey guys!
Sorry we have been Mia for a few days, we have been dealing with such horrible temperatures, its been 104 to 105 for days!
All the horses are doing great! Even brownie, its adam and I julie that has been struggling!
We still have to be out here regardless of the weather, cleaning pens, filling waters 3× day, giving out cold produce.
At the end of the day we are depleted and tired.
Today we started out at 102 then at 2pm we dipped down to 96 feels like winter now 😁😝 after today I believe we will be getting cooler weather!

Update on brownie.
After 2 days of not feeling well with her colic, this morning we are on the mend, she ate her normal breakfast and is not laying down.
She is just a little tired which is to be expected.
We want to thank everyone who donated through fb, zelle, venmo we raised 500$ which helps immensely, we are so greatful Thank you for loving brownie so much and being there for her.
She is such a sweet loving girl who lost her mom to slaughter when she was just 3 months old, she was on the list next to be slaughtered which is why we brought her into our sanctuary where she could be loved and safe and start to trust again. Brownie is now 4 yrs old.
Love and kindness lives here.

Dr Bravos from eclap finally arrived at 830pm to tube brownie, we kept her as comfortable as possible through out the day.
We will be monitoring brownie through the night, at 12am we will be giving her 500cc bannimine.

We have a fire by us we are keeping an eye on, and brownie is colicking, our poor girl does not do well with the heat, we give her electrolytes, cool showers, she has two, 3 sided shelters and a overhang shelter in her favorite corner where she like to stand, heat still affects her. We gave her an injection of bannimine and waiting for eclap to arrive.
