**Urgent Need! - Please Share!**
As you may already be aware, we’ve got some FRIGID temperatures we’ll be dealing with later in the week and unfortunately several less fortunate members in our community without shelter. There are several community members working together to secure shelter starting this Thursday (December 22nd) until Sunday (December 25th) at the Community Christian Church located at 1064 N. Business Route 5 in Camdenton. In order for this temporary shelter to happen we NEED volunteers to be on site to oversee the temporary shelter. We need one male and one female on site at all times. If you or someone you know can assist us by volunteering some of your time, please call Sam Henley at the Camden County Emergency Management Agency at 573-346-7108 as she is coordinating and leading these efforts.

These reports highlight workforce characteristics, industry concentrations, and the largest growing industries and occupations expected over the next few years.

Missouri small business revenue has begun to recover since COVID-related disruptions this spring, but how has overall firm financial health changed? Business cash on hand is one measure to watch from the weekly U.S. Census Pulse Survey. The percent of Missouri small businesses, with three or more months cash on hand, has increased from 17% in late April to 27% by early September. Additional measures from the survey suggest that in the coming months, many Missouri small businesses may be in a better financial position than neighboring state firms. A 21-day online, interactive, group study of John C Maxwell’s class book, “The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader.” Learn more about yourself and how to lead by enrolling in this free course.
