We are proud to announce the recipient of the 2026 Theodore Lybrook Memorial Scholarship: Tanner Dungan.

Tanner exemplifies the values this scholarship was created to honor: hard work, dedication, and a deep-rooted commitment to agriculture and community. His passion for continuing his education in a field that supports and sustains others reflects the same spirit that defined Ted’s life.

This scholarship is awarded to students who carry forward Ted Lybrook’s legacy through their character, integrity, and connection to the land and those around them. Tanner represents that mission in every sense.

If you are a graduating senior with plans to pursue higher education in agriculture, trade, or a hands-on field that reflects Ted’s work ethic and love for the land - this is your reminder to submit your application.

This scholarship was created to honor Theodore “Ted” Lybrook’s legacy of hard work, integrity, and commitment to community. We are proud to support students who carry those same values forward.

We are proud to officially share the Theodore Lybrook Memorial Foundation and the Theodore Lybrook Memorial Scholarship, created in honor ofTed Lybrook.

Ted was a lifelong farmer, steward of the land, and devoted member of the agricultural community. He believed deeply in hard work, family, community, and caring for what you’re entrusted to grow whether that’s land, people, or opportunity. This foundation was established to carry those values forward by supporting the next generation of students pursuing agriculture and related fields

This scholarship is intended for students who:
• Graduated from a Preble County, Ohio high school
• Are pursuing post-secondary education in agriculture, farming, agribusiness, animal science, crop

If you know a student who fits this description or a family, teacher, counselor, or advisor who works with students in Preble County agriculture programs, please share this post so it reaches the right hands.
