In partnership with Columbia Bank, The Heart of Camden was awarded a grant of $586,500 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of NY to conduct 25 owner-occupied home repairs.

Owner-occupied home repairs support existing homeowners in a variety of ways such as helping seniors to age in place, make home-ownership more affordable, and improving residents’ quality of life by making interior health and safety related repairs possible. Eligibility will be based on households with extremely low income (less than 50% of area median income) and will be open to all Camden City owner occupied households, with a priority on Waterfront South residents.
