Misitu Africa at the U.S. Embassy Entrepreneurs Storytelling Panel

Misitu Africa was pleased to take part in the U.S. Embassy’s Entrepreneurs Storytelling Panel, represented by our Project Lead, Moses Chiposa.

This platform offered a valuable opportunity to share our work in sustainability and climate-focused innovation, while learning from other entrepreneurs who are driving meaningful change in their communities.

Engaging in such discussions strengthens our commitment to building practical, long-term solutions that support both people and the planet.

We appreciate the U.S. Embassy for hosting this important conversation and for bringing together leaders dedicated to a more sustainable future.

During the Epic Sustainability visit, our team had the privilege of meeting Chief Mukangala and Chief Mwiniyilamba, key leaders within our areas of operation.

We also work within Chief Nyakaseya’s chiefdom as part of our ongoing efforts to promote sustainable forest management.

Our visit extended to local Community Forest Management Groups (CFMGs) and the forest reserve, reinforcing our shared commitment to conservation and community-driven stewardship.

We’re still in Ikelenge , discovering more voices and stories that are shaping the future of green livelihoods.

Stay tuned as we continue our journey.
