Welcome to Seeds for Local Eats! We are freshman from Camden Hills Regional High School. In our science class we are doing Action sustainability projects to try and make our carbon footprints smaller. We have put together a seed project within our community - to give away a kits with seeds that people could use to create their own gardens at home. They will include an assortment of vegetable seeds and necessary instructions to make your own small garden at home. They would be donated to people who maybe cannot afford eating fresh food, or for anyone who is interested in participating and making our earth greener! The main idea is that it will eliminate having to buy foods from far away that we could grow right here.
