And as we consider this upcoming school year, we wanted to offer a chance for our UrbanPromise community to connect with some really amazing supports and resources in the broader Camden community. Community Day 2026 will be on August 27th from 3pm to 6pm. Anyone who is interested can attend - you don’t even have to be enrolled in an UrbanPromise program! We will have opportunities for families to connect with each other through games, crafts, and food. Breaking bread together is a beautiful practice to bring loved ones together. We will also have school supplies to hand out (youth must be present) and all sorts of community connections to share. See you there!

Our after-school program gives students a place to get homework help, play, explore new experiences, build friendships, and belong—all while being surrounded by caring adults and teen mentors..

Last Day.🥹 Just like that, camp is over. ❤️

Today is bittersweet—filled with hugs, happy tears, and hearts full of memories we’ll carry long after summer ends.

We’re so grateful for every camper, teen leader, volunteer, staff member, and family who made this season so special. The friendships, the laughter, the adventures, and the love shared each day are the kind of moments that shape lives in ways words never fully can.

Our campus will be a little quieter over the next few weeks, but our hearts are full. Thank you for an unforgettable summer. ☀️

All Camp Day 2026 is a wrap! 🏆🎉
What camp do you think won?

Every year, our camps amaze us with their creativity, energy, and team spirit—and this year was no exception. From hilarious competitions and nonstop cheering to mountains of candy and unforgettable moments, everyone gave it their all in the race for the coveted Golden Crate.

A huge thank you to our incredible program staff, StreetLeaders, campers, and volunteers for making this tradition possible. Your enthusiasm and heart are what make this day so special.

It’s hard to put All Camp Day into words. It’s loud. It’s joyful. It’s unforgettable. It’s a tradition that brings our entire UrbanPromise family together—and one our campers will remember for years to come. 💙💛❤️🤍

A huge thank you to The Honickman Group for continuing to invest in the next generation of leaders! 💙

For the past 8 years, they’ve welcomed our StreetLeaders to their Pennsauken facility for an inside look at the many careers that keep brands like Pepsi and Canada Dry running—from bottling and production to quality assurance, sales, and merchandising.

More than just a tour, our teens walked away with valuable advice they’ll carry into the workplace: be persistent, stay ambitious, trust your instincts, bet on yourself, and remember that good things take time.

We’re so grateful to the entire Honickman Group team for opening your doors, sharing your experience, and inspiring our students to dream big.
