You Are Invited to the South Arkansas Safety Conference

We’re about a month away from the South Arkansas Regional Safety Conference in El Dorado (04-23-2026), and I want to encourage every company in our area to be involved in this.

If you have employees, you have safety responsibilities. And this conference is built for both management and hourly employees — because safety only works when it works from the top down and the bottom up.

A few quick things for companies in South Arkansas:

• Assign one person in your office to handle registration and get your team signed up
• Send a mix of supervisors AND hourly employees
• Use this as a training day — OSHA, hazard recognition, mental health, onboarding, and real-world safety discussions will all be covered
• If your company would like to donate a door prize or giveaway item, those are still being accepted (tools, safety gear, gift cards, company swag, etc.)
