WHOA FALL FESTIVAL — IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION 🍂
As WHOA prepares for its final show of the 2026 season, please review the following deadlines and requirements for the Fall Festival.
🐴 STALLS, SHAVINGS & CAMPSITES
Stalls, shavings, and campsites must be reserved in advance.
📅 Deadline: October 5 at 4:00 PM

📝 HORSE ENTRY DEADLINE
📅 October 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM
⏰ ADD/SCRATCH DEADLINES
• Thursday and Friday sessions: 12:00 noon
• Saturday session: 10:00 AM
Any entry added after the deadline will be charged a $35 late fee.
• Scratches made before the deadline will not be charged the entry fee.
• Scratches made after the deadline will be charged the entry fee.
🚨 ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF THE START OF A SESSION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
💳 ENTRY PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will not be charged when completing your online entry. Payment may be made by:
• Cash, check, or credit card at the show office
• An invoice emailed to you at the conclusion of the show
If payment is not completed at the show office or through the emailed invoice by the final day of the show, the credit card on file will be charged.
📋 COGGINS & HEALTH CERTIFICATES
A copy of a current negative Coggins must accompany every entry. A current Health Certificate is also required for horses traveling from outside Tennessee.

🏇 SPEED DIVISION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
The rider must be a current member of both WHOA and ISHA to compete in any Speed Division class.
WHOA Membership
• Pay at the show office
• Renew or join online at walkinghorseowners.com
ISHA Membership
• Pay at the ISHA booth on the mezzanine before registering
• Join or renew online at isha.horse
