The Hispanic Heritage Month Community Leadership Awards are an initiative of The Salvation Army Camden Kroc Center, presented in partnership with the Rutgers University–Camden Division of Impact & Community Engagement (DICE).
Held in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, the awards celebrate individuals and businesses whose leadership, service, and contributions strengthen Camden City, particularly its Hispanic/Latino/e communities. *Eligibility Note: Nominees are not required to identify as Hispanic or Latino/e.
The nomination form will ask for the nominator’s contact information, the nominee’s information, the selected award category, and a brief description of the nominee’s leadership, service, and community impact. The bilingual form is available in English and Spanish and takes approximately five minutes to complete.
Award recipients will be recognized during The Salvation Army Camden Kroc Center’s Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on Friday, September 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
