SJCS is grateful to M&T Charitable Foundation for its generous grant supporting our housing preservation and stabilization efforts.

This funding will help SJCS preserve affordable rental housing within our portfolio and provide grants to homeowners for critical home repairs. These investments will help residents remain safely and securely in their homes while protecting the long-term stability and affordability of our neighborhoods.
