This Way ONward (TWO), a partnership between Old Navy and Cambridge Housing Authority, is a rigorous, 12 week customer service and work readiness training program for students ages 16-24. TWO workshops build success through interactive workshops that help youth gain the skills and confidence necessary for delivering excellent customer service. rofessionalism that mirrors the high standards of the retail environment. Program participants adhere to strict guidelines and participate in customer service and job readiness workshops focusing on the following areas:
• Providing and Delivering Customer Service
• Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
• Essential Soft Skills
• Professionalism & Accountability
• Time Management
• Effective Communication and Handling Difficult Situations
Upon completion of the job readiness training, youth compete for summer internships at Old Navy stores to gain essential hands on experience.
