Bostonet Catchball Association Bostonet is Women's Catchball league operating in the greater Boston area! Join us! Catchball is a highly competitive team ball game esembling volleyball.

In Australia, Canada and the U.S., the game is called "Newcomb", and in Latin speaking nations, the game is called "Cachibol". The main difference between Catchball and Volleyball is that in Catchball the player catches the ball before passing it to the next player or over the net. This key difference makes the game easy to play for women of all ages, fitness and skill levels.

This October, we are thrilled to welcome back the incredible Shiraz Saga Liam—10 years after she first came to Boston for our very first Bostonet Player Clinic!

Whether you want to level up your game, refine your technique, or learn from one of the best, you won’t want to miss this.

🗓 When: This October

⏱ Format: 8 intensive sessions (2 hours each)

👥 Capacity: Capped at just 14 players per session to ensure focused, high-level coaching

Ready to try something new, active, and just for you this fall? 🏐✨

Catchball School is back this September, and your first session is 100% FREE!
If you’ve never played, Catchball is a fast, fun team sport designed for women where you catch and throw the ball over a volleyball net instead of bumping or setting. It takes 5 minutes to learn, is completely non-competitive, and is a fantastic fit for all women—whether you played sports in school, haven't worked out in years, or have never stepped onto a court before.
Come unplug, move, laugh, and meet an incredible community of local women!

🗓 Upcoming Dates:
* Sunday, Sept 6 | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
* Sunday, Sept 13 | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
(Stay for optional open pick-up play at 8:30 PM for $10)

📍 Location: King Open School Gymnasium (850 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA)
👟 Bring: Workout gear, sneakers, and a water bottle

Today we wrapped up a sensational season with 35 amazing players and 5 teams battling it out across 10 intense, high-energy matches. The hustle, teamwork, and rallies were absolutely thrilling to watch!! 🔥
