My heart is full. 💜🌸

These beautiful flowers were gifted to me by the graduates of Majestic Community Wellness's Yoga Teacher Training this weekend.

As I look at them, I'm reminded that the greatest gift wasn't the flowers—it was witnessing seven extraordinary women step into their power, their voices, and their gifts as teachers.

Over the past several months, they showed up with courage, curiosity, compassion, and commitment. They supported one another, challenged themselves, and created a community rooted in love, belonging, and healing.
This weekend, we celebrated not only the completion of a training, but the beginning of a new chapter.

I am filled with gratitude for each of these beautiful teachers and for the community we have built together.

More to come over the next few days as I share highlights from a truly special graduation weekend and introduce you to these incredible women.

Congratulations, graduates. The world needs your voices. 💛

Happy Grateful Friday. 🤍

So many of the women we walk alongside are carrying a great deal.

Moving through seasons of uncertainty, of change, of needing more strength than they feel they have.

Showing up every day for their families, their children, their communities — often while quietly holding so much on their own.

And so this Friday, we want to offer a gentle reminder.

You do not have to carry it all alone.

When we stumble, the people who care for us can help us stand back up. When we want to step back, they can gently encourage us forward.

They see us. They hear us. They remind us who we are when we are too tired to remember it ourselves.

Allowing ourselves to be held does not make us weak.

It is one of the greatest gifts of being human.

It reminds us that we are not alone. That we are supported. That we belong.

And that we are loved — not for being perfect, not for holding it all together, but simply for being exactly who we are.

This Friday, let yourself be held.

And know that here, in this community, you always have a place to be seen, heard, and supported.

We're here with you. 🤍

There are seasons in life when we need to lean on our own strength. 🤍

And there are seasons when we need to lean on each other.

So many of the women we walk alongside are carrying something heavy. Showing up every day for their families, their children, their communities — even when they are exhausted. Even when they are scared. Even when they are running on empty.
And so often they are doing it alone.

But we are not meant to do this alone.

Not the hard seasons. Not the fear. Not the exhaustion of keep showing up when everything feels uncertain.

One of the greatest gifts of community is not that it fixes our struggles.
It is that it reaches inside us and finds the strength that was always there — deeper than we knew, further than we had yet gone.

It reminds us who we are in the middle of the hardest moments.

It gives us a place to exhale.

It reminds us that we are not alone. That we are supported. That we belong.
And sometimes — that reminder is enough to help us take the next step.
This is why we do this work.

This is why community matters.

This is why we show up — together — every single week.

We're here with you. 🤍

Something beautiful is happening at Majestic Community Wellness. ✨

Next weekend, eight incredible women will graduate from our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

This weekend, we had the honor of witnessing three of them practice teach in preparation for graduation. And let me tell you—they each brought something uniquely their own to the room.

Their own voice.
Their own style.
Their own story.
Their own power.

Watching them step into leadership, trust their intuition, and hold space for others reminded us why this work matters so deeply.

We didn't create this program to produce copies of teachers. We created it to help women uncover the teacher that already lives within them.

At MCW, we believe representation matters. We believe healing happens in community. And we believe that when Black, BIPOC, and marginalized women are given opportunities to lead, teach, and thrive, entire communities benefit.
These photos capture more than practice teaching.

They capture courage.
Growth.
Transformation.

And the beginning of a new chapter.

We are so proud of these three women—and all eight graduates who will cross the stage next weekend.

Help us celebrate them in the comments. 🌿💜

Happy Grateful Friday. 🤍

So many of us find it easier to give than to receive.

Someone offers us a kind word, a compliment, a moment of genuine care — and something inside us pulls away.

We side step. We brush it off. We turn the focus somewhere else.
Oh it was nothing. You're too kind.

And without ever meaning to — we close the very door we most want opened.

For many of us, receiving kindness can feel unfamiliar or even unsafe. Old wounds, painful relationships, and quiet voices from our past can make it hard to believe we are truly deserving of love and care.

But we are.

Receiving is not weakness. It is not vanity.
Receiving is an act of courage.

And when we pause long enough to let kindness actually land — to feel it in our bodies, to let it soften something that has been held tight for too long — gratitude rises naturally alongside the warmth.

Gratitude and receiving are not separate practices.

They are the same opening of the heart.

This Friday — when someone offers you kindness — pause. Breathe it in. Let it come into your body and your being. Let yourself soften.

You are worthy of every bit of love that is offered to you.

We're here with you. 🤍

There are seasons in a woman's life that ask everything of her. 🤍

We hold up our families. Our relationships. Our communities. We become the steady ones — even when we are running on empty.

And for a long time, we tell ourselves that is just how it has to be.

But eventually, something within us begins asking for a different way.

A softer way. A steadier way. A way that doesn't require us to disappear in the process of holding everything else together.

Resilience is not about becoming harder in response to the world.

It is about knowing when to slow down enough to reconnect to yourself. To nourish yourself. To replenish.

Rest is not something we earn after we break ourselves apart.

It is part of how we continue. Part of how we remain present for the people we love. Part of how we keep going without losing ourselves along the way.

At Majestic Community Wellness we believe every woman deserves spaces that honor that truth.

And you, showing up today, are already living it.

We're here with you. 🤍

Happy Grateful Friday 🤍

Our lives are filled with small moments that invite gratitude — but it's easy to move too quickly to notice them.

A breath. A kind interaction. A moment of connection. A feeling of being seen.
These moments matter. Especially when life feels heavy or uncertain.

Gratitude doesn't ask you to pretend everything is fine. It simply reminds you that even within difficult seasons, beauty still exists beside the pain.

Today, we invite you to pause — even briefly — and notice what is already here.
Take a breath. Inhale gratitude. Exhale whatever you're carrying.

Little by little, that noticing shifts something within us. And in community, that shift becomes something we share.

We're here with you. 🤍

Thank you, Amirah, for helping me teach our final weekend of the Majestic Community Wellness 200YTT. Watching your confidence, joy, and natural connection to yoga shine through was such a beautiful reminder that wellness and healing truly begin in community.

Grateful Friday

Our lives are filled with small moments that invite gratitude, but it’s easy to move too quickly to notice them.

So much of the time, we move from one thing to the next without fully arriving in the moment we’re in.

But when we pause — even briefly — and bring our attention to what’s here, something shifts.

A breath.
A kind interaction.
A moment of connection.
A feeling of being seen.

Gratitude doesn’t only arrive through life’s big milestones.

Often, it’s found in the quiet moments we allow ourselves to fully notice.
The more we slow down and become present to what is already here, the more life begins to feel rich with meaning.

Today, don’t miss the moment.
We’re here with you 🤍
