PlantNYS' goal is to promote awareness of the nursery and landscape industry within New York State .

The New York State Nursery and Landscape Association is a statewide professional trade association that is dedicated to advancing the interests of New York State's nursery and landscape businesses and professionals by promoting sound business practices, expanding state and local markets, and exerting leadership in the development of sustainable communities.

Yesterday PLANT NYS joined fellow green industry professionals in Albany for Green Industry Advocacy Day. Alongside representatives from partner organizations and industry leaders from across New York State, Mark met with legislators to discuss the importance of the horticulture and landscape profession.

These conversations help ensure that policymakers understand the vital role our industry plays in supporting local economies, environmental stewardship, and the communities we serve.

PLANT NYS is proud to stand with other organizations and professionals who are committed to advocating for policies that support responsible land care, thriving businesses, and a strong future for New York’s green industry.
