Art on Main is happening! We have artwork and publications of Dierdre Luzwick on display and Dal Lazlo will be outside painting on Saturday. Be sure to stop by both days to enjoy their creations.

We are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week! As a part of Art on Main, come explore the work of local artist and author Dierdre Luzwick (1945-2018), as well as, watch Dal Lazlo as he paints in person with us on Saturday.

We are expanding our Cambridge Historic Museum hours in connection with Art on Main. We will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 to 3 on August 6, 7, and 8. We will have an artist onsite on Saturday but we are excited to feature a retrospective of the brilliant work of Dierdre Luzwick (1945-2018) all weekend. Originals of Dierdre's drawings along with reprints of her detailed work plus her two books will be available for museum visitors to review and enjoy.

Cambridge Historic School Museum is hosting a 250th Independence Celebration on July 8th at Villa Buonincontro. Join us for a picnic dinner and dramtic readings of the Declaration of Independince along with period letters written by women during the Revolutionary War. Doors open at 4:30 and readings begin at 5pm.
All 150 tickets for the dinner and event are FREE! The event is sponsored by a grant from the Cambridge Foundation and in-kind donation of the Villa by Tony and Mandi Buonincontro. Tickets can be picked up at the museum on first come first serve basis.

First Day of School at Cambridge Historic Museum is Thursday May 14th. We'll be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Thursday and Saturday through September. Stop in to see our new exhibits and the handicap accessible elevator.
