UPDATE! Tomorrow's Hanami event is postponed due to weather!

We apologize for the change but hopefully the unpredictable New England weather will finally allow us to enjoy a sunny spring picnic on Saturday, May 16th at 12pm ☀️

Some Japanese snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring a bento, a blanket, or some games to play! Let us know if you’re coming by filling out our Google form, and we’ll keep you updated via email, Instagram, and discord.

Virtual Prospective JET Program Info Session - Whether you're preparing your application or just starting to explore the JET Program, join us for a free virtual info session

• Firsthand Experiences: Hear from a panel of JET alumni who will share their personal experiences living and working in Japan on JET.
• Application Tips: Guidance from a JET Program Coordinator on the process and what makes a strong application.

This session is free and open to the public.

The last info session had about 100 registrants and the team is excited to keep the momentum going! Another fantastic panel of JET alumni has been lined up to share their experiences, and Kai Wiesner-Hanks (from SF) will deliver the JET Coordinator presentation and field technical questions.

Hello JETA! We’ve decided to push our Hanami picnic back a week due to heavy rain. We will now be starting at noon on Saturday, April 19th. We plan to bring a canopy tent with walls so we won’t need to reschedule in the event of light rain. I’ll arrive at the Esplanade around 11:30 am to choose a spot and set up, so you can check here or on Discord to find our location. I hope to see you there!
